To be straight with you: the three days cover the cut, the captions and the hook. Motion graphics is where people go next once they are posting consistently, and I will show you where to start. I am not going to promise you will be animating by Day 3, because you will not be.

The editor you leave with

Record your talking-head videos
Straight to camera, retakes and all. Say the line four times if you need to. Nobody will ever see the bad ones.
Dump them in a folder
Drag the files off your phone into one folder. No naming, no sorting. That is the whole handover.
Names and files everything
IMG_4027.MOV gets named, dated and filed into a project before a single cut happens.
Transcribes it
On your machine, in English. No per-video bill.
Cuts the retakes and false starts
Keeps the last clean attempt of every line. Cuts the circling, the "wait, let me say that again", the abandoned starts.
Checks its own cut, word by word
It re-transcribes the cut audio and compares it against what it meant to keep. If a word went missing, it moves the cut and tries again.
Adds captions and the hook
In your style, once you teach it. Two of the styles it ships with are below, on my real reels.
Review and render
The cut, captions and hook arrive in Premiere Pro on stacked, editable tracks. Disagree with an edit? Change it. Nothing ships until you say so.
A 10-minute recording becomes a tight vertical reel in one sitting. Depending on how much you circled, 30 to 75 percent of the footage goes. The good parts stay.
The three days
Install, and your first cut
Claude Code on your machine, the editor installed, and a real video of yours cut by it before we log off. You leave Day 1 with something that already works — Days 2 and 3 are about making it cut like you.
Captions, hooks, your style
You teach the editor how you caption and how you open. We work on your footage, not demo files. By tonight it edits like you, not like me.
The full pipeline, and you ship
Record, drop, review, render, post. You run the whole thing yourself while I watch and fix what breaks. You leave having shipped a reel your own editor cut.
One hour, one on one
A private call with me after the workshop, once you have used the editor on your own for a bit. We fix whatever is still rough, tune it to your real workflow, and make sure everything is dialed in. Yours whenever you are ready for it.

The captions are the real thing

How the class runs. Read this part.
The class only happens if all 10 seats fill. You book with a Rs 5,000 deposit. If 10 people book within 7 days, the class runs and you pay the balance. If they do not, I cancel it and every deposit is refunded in full within 24 hours.
I would rather run one full room than a half-empty one, and I would rather hand your money back than hold it. No payment fees either side. You pay Rs 29,999 and I receive Rs 29,999.
Ten is also the ceiling, not a target I quietly raise. A closed group of ten means I see every screen, every install, every broken thing, all three days.
What you need before Day 1
- A laptop running macOS 13 or later, or Windows 10 or later. 8 GB of RAM is the floor, 16 GB is comfortable. Claude Code itself is light and needs only 4 GB. It is Premiere Pro that wants the rest.
- Premiere Pro installed and working before you arrive. This cohort is Premiere Pro only.
- A paid Claude plan, about $20 a month. The free Claude account does not include Claude Code, so this one is not optional. You pay it to Anthropic, not to me, and Nepal is supported.
- A steady internet connection. The editor runs on your machine, but Claude needs to be online to think.
- A 20-minute pre-flight check with me before Day 1. We confirm your setup, and you edit one video the way you edit now while I time it. That timing is your baseline — it is the number the guarantee is measured against.
- Videos of your own to work on. Bring your real footage. The editor is built around the way you cut, and there is nothing to measure if you do not already edit your own videos.
The guarantee depends on the pre-flight. No baseline, no guarantee — not as a technicality, but because "half the time" means nothing without a starting number. If you are unsure whether your laptop is up to it, message me before you pay anything and we will check together.
The guarantee
Your next edit takes half the time it takes you today, or you get all Rs 29,999 back. Not the deposit. All of it.
We measure it, so neither of us has to argue about it later. At the pre-flight check before Day 1, you edit one video exactly the way you edit now, and I time it. That is your baseline. If the editor you build cannot cut the same kind of video in half that time, you get everything back.
The conditions are only what it takes to get the result anyway: do the pre-flight and record the baseline before Day 1, show up to all three days, build on Day 3 with your own footage, and send me one timed edit within 14 days of Day 3.
I am guaranteeing half. My own edits now take about a fifth of what they used to. Half is the number I am willing to put Rs 29,999 behind.
Fair question: has anyone else done this? I have run a 3-day workshop twice before — 27 people paid, and they finished. But that was manual editing, not this. Nobody has built an AI editor with me yet. You would be in the first ten, and that is exactly why the guarantee is written the way it is: you are not being asked to take my word for it.

Who's teaching
I'm Nishang. I have edited short-form video for six years, for American clients, from Nepal.
I used to teach a three-day editing workshop. Two batches, 27 paid students, and I know how to get a room from zero to shipping in three days, because I have done it.
I do not teach that workshop any more. Almost everything I spent those three days on, the editor now does by itself. That is not a sad story. It means three days can go somewhere better: instead of learning to do the work, you spend them building the thing that does it.

Questions you should ask
- What if the class doesn't fill?
- It doesn't run, and your deposit is back with you within 24 hours. You risk a week of waiting, not your money.
- I'm not technical. Can I do this?
- If you can install an editing app and follow instructions, yes. Claude Code looks like chatting, not like programming. The pre-flight check exists so we find out about your machine before Day 1, not during it.
- Does it support Nepali?
- Yes. Nepali captions need a couple of workarounds rather than working straight out of the box, and they land around 95 percent accurate, so you fix a word here and there. We will build that part of the editor together during the workshop, briefly, so you leave with it working.
- I edit in CapCut, not Premiere Pro. Can I still join?
- Not this cohort. The editor hands its work off as an editable Premiere Pro timeline, and that hand-off is the part I can stand behind — so Premiere Pro is a requirement, not a preference. I would rather tell you that now than take your money and have you find out on Day 1. Message me and I will let you know when a CapCut version exists.
- What happens if something breaks after the workshop?
- First, your 1-on-1 hour exists exactly for this: use the editor on your own for a bit, then bring me everything that is still rough and we fix it together. Beyond that, you will be able to fix most things yourself, which is why we spend real time on Claude Code itself, and the class group stays open.
- Why Rs 29,999?
- Because after it, you stop paying for editing. In money if you outsource, in evenings if you don't. The editor does not expire, and neither does knowing how it works.
- When is it? I cannot book something with no date.
- Fair, and here is the honest answer: I do not know yet, because I am not setting it alone. Right now I am collecting ten people who want this. The moment the tenth deposit lands, we agree three consecutive evenings that work for all ten and I lock them. That is why the Rs 5,000 is refundable and why the whole thing dissolves at day 7 if the ten do not show up — you are never holding a seat at a date you cannot make.
- Is it in person?
- No, fully virtual. You join live from wherever you are. Because the ten of us pick the hours together, the time works for the people actually in the room rather than the one who happens to live in Kathmandu. That is also why the pre-flight check matters: your machine is the classroom.
- Is there a recording?
- Yes, for the 10 people in the class. It is not for sale separately.
